I admire a cook who embraces frozen peas. This recipe is in Sara Foster's
The Foster's Market Cookbook, and it is only one of many no-fuss offerings. Basically, the recipe boils down to cherry tomatoes, an onion, a bag or two of frozen peas, 2 T. butter, 2 T. oil, sea salt, and pepper. Just pop in the oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. I served with a T-bone steak for two.
